Three Iraqi Christians were murdered last Sunday and two others were injured in two separate incidents in the city of Kirkuk. These attacks take place in a context of intense hostility to Christians from militant Islamists. Einige Gedanken zu einem gar nicht so neuen Lehr-, Lern- und Lebensverständnis Seit einiger Zeit läuft ein neudeutsches Schlagwort durch die Betriebe, Konzerne und Bildungseinrichtungen. Es lautet: „lifelong learning". Lebenslanges Lernen. Für viele „schulgeschädigte" Mitarbeiter in den Betrieben, Werken und auch Missionsgesellschaften kommen dabei unangenehme Erinnerungen auf. So wird Fort- oder Weiterbildung nicht immer als Chance und Glück verstanden, sondern häufig auch als eine „verordnete Notwendigkeit", die einen von der „wirklich wichtigen Arbeit" fernhält. Aus missiologischer Perspektive möchte ich mit einigen Gedanken über den „Lehrbefehl im Missionsbefehl" die Diskussion um „lifelong learning" ergänzen.
